About Us
Fryer-Knowles, Inc. was incorporated in 1955 in the State of Washington. Our primary business is in the area of floor covering, dealing with resilient floors, carpets and specialty floors, such as latex, composition, terrazzo, deck leveling, underlayments and epoxy's. We also do shot blasting and non-skid work. Our area of coverage includes the West Coast, including Alaska and Hawaii. Fryer-Knowles, Inc. has had certification as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) since December of 1992. Since that time we have been able to utilize our WBE certification on many Municipal projects. Our State certification number is #D2F5010810. Fryer-Knowles, Inc. utilizes the professionally trained craftspeople as a union contractor, signatory to Carpet, Linoleum and Soft Tile Layers Union Local #1238, Cement Masons Local #528, Bricklayers Local #1 and Painters Local #300.
